Overview
JP Digital builds conversion websites, operational systems, and SaaS product foundations. This page sets out what information we collect when you engage with us, how it is used, and the rights you have over it.
Information we collect
We collect information you actively provide: your name, business email, company, and the context of the enquiry you submit when you contact us. We also collect minimal, aggregate analytics data about how visitors move through this site so we can improve its structure and performance. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we use it
Information shared with us is used to respond to enquiries, qualify fit, scope potential engagements, and manage active client work. Where we engage support tools — for email, scheduling, analytics, or project delivery — we use reputable providers under data-processing agreements.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it remains commercially relevant or as required by law. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period thereafter for audit, tax, and continuity purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send any such request to JanLouw@jpdigital.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
